The Clean Cooking Catalog is a global database of cooking technologies and performance data. It includes information on products and their performance. The Catalog is driven by partner submissions and serves as living documentation of innovation in the clean cooking ecosystem. Inclusion in the Catalog does not reflect or imply an endorsement by the Clean Cooking Alliance.

The Catalog lists product features and specifications, and where they exist, corresponding data on emissions, efficiency and safety based on laboratory and field-testing. These test results are a mix of third party and self-reported data, and are identified as such.

Users can filter and search products based on fuel type, design characteristics, geography, test performance and more.
